Pathway B – Grant Management Only – For Homeowners
- Prepare and submit:
- Pathway B contractor validation and Mandatory Contractor Agreement
- Pathway B initial draw requests (construction and design)
- Pathway B incremental draw requests (construction and design)
- Pathway B final draw requests (construction and design)
- Prepare and submit RREM Pathway B closeout documents, including Request for Final Inspection; Request for Release of Restrictive Covenant; Final Bills Paid Affidavit; Additional Scope Submission Form
Pathway B – Full Project – For Homeowners and/or Contractors
- Prepare and submit municipal zoning permit application (see Municipal Zoning Applications for details)
- Prepare and submit municipal construction permit application (see UCC Permit Applications for details)
- Prepare and submit RREM Pathway B draw requests (construction and design)
- Permit updates – preparation and submittal
- Inspection scheduling and tracking
- Coordination with client and design professionals to ensure that foundation location surveys, as-built surveys, and final elevation surveys are ordered in a timely manner
- Delivery and submission of foundation location surveys
- Delivery and submission of final engineering
- Preparation and delivery of Certificate of Occupancy application
Pathway C – Full Project – For Contractors
Includes:
- Prepare and submit initial bid documents and construction pricing forms via the Project Managers’ information systems (iBid, iBuild, Worltrac, etc.)
- Prepare and submit Advance Design Draw request
- Coordinate with contractor’s design professionals to acquire PDF copies of all architectural and engineering work.
- Prepare design work for Step 6/8 (homeowner authorizations)
- Submit completed Step 6 documentation
- Generate Gantt chart, Site Logistics Plan (if required) and Schedule of Values for NTP Check List
- Prepare and submit municipal zoning permit application (see Municipal Zoning Applications for details)
- Prepare and submit municipal construction permit application (see UCC Permit Applications for details)
- Coordinate with office staff to complete NTP checklist
- Upload all required documents into the Project Managers’ information systems (iBid, iBuild, Worltrac, etc.)
- Prepare and submit incremental payment requests
- Prepare and submit RREM inspection requests
- Prepare and submit change orders
- Permit updates – preparation and submittal
- Inspection scheduling and tracking
- Coordination with client and design professionals to ensure that foundation location surveys, as-built surveys, and final elevation surveys are ordered in a timely manner
